The PFCC-1 Capacitor is designed to assist in switching low wattage and low voltage loads.
PFCC-1 Capacitor Elkay: Typical applications
The Capacitor should be used only with our two wire product and with the following types of load:
- Low voltage
- Low wattage
- LED loads
- Contactors*
Only 3 wire timers with a neutral and 400NE can work with contactors and the capacitor must be fitted across the A1 and A2 (switch live and neutral) points of the contactor
